From June 19–21, 2026, the Buckeye Livestock Expo returns to the Lorain County Fairgrounds in Wellington, bringing together livestock exhibitors, families, and agricultural enthusiasts from across Ohio and beyond. The Expo features competitive shows for hogs, sheep, and goats while celebrating the hard work and dedication of youth and livestock producers.
And while the competition may look familiar, the season couldn’t be more different.

Welcome Back to Wellington: Summer at the Buckeye Livestock Expo
For a lot of exhibitors and families heading out to the Buckeye Livestock Expo, coming into Wellington probably feels like second nature by now. I know a bunch of you were just hanging out here with us for the winter show season, braving those freezing mornings, dealing with messy snowy roads, and wearing basically every layer of winter gear you owned.
Well, this time around is a whole different story. We are super excited to welcome everyone back under some actual sunshine!
From June 19–21, 2026, the Buckeye Livestock Expo is officially back at the Lorain County Fairgrounds right here in Wellington. It always draws a great crowd of livestock exhibitors, show families, and ag folks from all across Ohio and beyond. They’ve got competitive shows lined up for hogs, sheep, and goats, and honestly, it’s just awesome celebrating the pure hard work and grit these youth and producers put in.
And yeah, the competition is going to be just as fierce, but the season itself? Couldn’t be more different.
